Mind Body Science

Click here to read the first Mind-Body Science article about nonverbal communication.

Why am I writing about nonverbal communication on a fitness site?

The reason, is because the relationship between our emotions and physical expressions is one of the clearest and best researched examples of how the mind and body interact.

You’ll see the profound way that our psychology influences our physiology, but also how our physiology influences our psychology (Or how the mind influences the body, but also how the body influences the mind).

When you read the article you’ll also learn quite a bit about systems theory which will help you to understand how all of the systems of the body are tied together.
